No. You have to be employed until January 23 to actually get the pay. Often times Manager put in zero dollars if you leave before that date. I've only seen of who left in February receive an STI check.
My understanding is of you leave on your own, you have to be on the books on 12/31 to get your sti.
yes. its prorated. but you will get the STI
Generally you won't. I have seen that in IT. You should have compiled your performance appraisal process. Supervisor has the ability to give zero dollars in such cases.
yes. I left in Aug 15 and shortly afterward got my unused Vac pay and prorated STI direct deposited.
