@FhLMJNp-1keh: So question the universities, policy makers and the corporations? It's kinda of out of logic that people go after the H1Bs, isn't it?
I think what you have to realize is that Americans spend 50 and 60-hour weeks all through high school and college and finally when they graduate and are supposed to be enjoying the fruits of their labors, they find out they have 10 years of 50 and 60-hr weeks at a place like Qualcomm to pay off their student loans. Meanwhile, Mr. Joe H1B arrives on the scene, depresses salaries by 10%, and can buy a house right away because in his home country the education cost him $0. Literally, $0. The government often pays for college in these foreign countries. So the hardworking American student is screwed.
I hate no one except the corporations that exploit workers and encourage a hostile work environment by exploiting immigration loopholes. I think many if not most are in my camp.
