Has anyone heard that Sears corporate office in Hoffman Estates, Illinois cut corporate jobs today Feb. 17, 2016? Plus the management that were scheduled to retire end of February 2016 released them early....

I work in a auto center and they eliminated out district, along with ten other districts. Our hours got cut to 30 hours and they said it was only for two weeks.....that was three weeks ago and now we are being told it's until mid March. Any idea if the auto centers are going to be sold?or just go out of business with sears?
I hope my ops manager or the hardlines manger or both get the pink slip.

SHC has eliminated positions at all levels being corporate, regional, district and store level totalling over 1200 layoffs. To be announced publicly March first.
