Like most financial companies, Wells Fargo checks criminal, credit and driving backgrounds. They will develop a score for you based on their own weighting which takes into account age, income, etc. to determine if you are hire-able or not. The criminal and credit will have the highest weighting although any big negatives on your driving record could prove problematic as well.
So good luck and should you not get the job I would ask them in writing to provide you with the specifics of your background check to look for any inaccuracies and then clean them up with the appropriate agencies.
