I have never worked as hard as I did last year for US bank and how did they reward me for working so hard to save them millions of dollars. They first gave me an outstanding review which I earned. My manager was praising my great work in the review. That being said when she called me in to give me my raise and what she called a bonus my raise and bonus was so small I thought she was playing a joke on me. She of course tried to tell me that she had nothing to do with the insult that she called a raise and bonus for all my hard work. She claimed that it was upper management that decided to scew me over. Lets just put it this way my raise and bonus together would not even pay for one months electric bill. I have worked for US bank for 18 years and this is the first time that I have felt that US bank doesn't care about their employees at all.

US Bank has a social media staff in Ohio that surf around the web to knock down rumors, etc..
