Time to rat those who spend their days using their direct reports, contractors, and SMEs to help with their graduate degree homework during business hours... And survive Rom after Rom because everybody is afraid to rock the boat by calling them out.

Then send the picture of the HR manager's godson to the Ombudsman and a note saying you also copied the same picture to the Executive VP and John Watson himself.

If you do a little investigation, you may find that the contractor is the godson of an HR manager. Ask some questions of his or her coworkers.

Take a picture of sleeping beauty next time, print it and send it anonymously to the supervisor and the manager. If nothing gets done, send the picture to the company president with a note the supervisor and manager do nothing about this. I think that will work.

There is no point in reporting this. Chevron HR, Hotline, etc. don't care. They all just ignore this kind of behavior. I have the seen the same type of behavior in my business unit and nothing was done about it. One guy snored at his desk everyday and nothing was done about it. Chevron is a joke of a company full of incompetent employees that will have a hard time getting a job elsewhere.

I know an employee working under the false pretense that he finished his masters. He never did and he's getting paid based on having his masters. There's no legal ramifications for this, right? It's chevron fault for not doing their homework and never checking out his academic credentials.

I've watched a contractor do his own homework for the last year now on the company's dime right in front of everyone's face and act as if it's actual work he's performing. He's survived the ROM and is still doing his homework day after day. He's working on his PhD and when he gets tired he'll go take a quick nap in the parking lot, in his car. Unbelievable but very true!! LOL

LMAO. Get a friggin grip with reality. That is minimum wage talk and most likely what your worth. You will soon find out when your future pay stub looks like it is missing a digit. Show some dignity and respect to those on this site that are really concerned about their future.

You need to report this as they are misusing company resources now, and will waste even more when their unqualified ass starts making future budgetary decisions. We're talking at a minimum an immediate cost savings of $500k taking into account the salaries of all those involved plus that of graduate school. The kind of leader that does not see the inherent moral, ethical, and legal issues with their cheating is a future liability we cannot afford to to contend with.
