SDO received 1 week for each year you were sentenced, 10 weeks max of severance. I served a 20 year sentence and got 10 weeks taxed at 40%. they won't tell you but you will be locked out of associate connection the day of your separation.
The severance policy that's on the internal HUB, maxes out at 13 weeks, regardless of how long employed. Now, if you have a contract in place that supersedes that, then lucky you.
There is a document posted on the Hub that explaineds the Severence policy. Search using Severence.
Depending on your classification it ranges from 1 week to 3 weeks per year of completed service. Your classification also determines your min and max weeks. The higher the classification the more weeks you get.
I believe it is 2 weeks for every full year of service. Anyone under manager level can get up to 12 weeks. Managers and above get more weeks.
This is for SDO and a bit old but you can check it out: @xZnk3al
