Likely most here can testify to the discrimination by verizon. Here is a 2013 Huffington post article that is exactly what verizon has done. No legal action and we all know it has been done.

Without a shadow of a doubt. But they do it because even if you sue and win the penalties they pay are usually not high enough to be a deterrent.
Read this article and tell me Verizon is not guilty of all this. Discrimination of age, gender, race and sexual orientation all by Verizon!

YES I AM NEXT......I started doing things that were somehow always getting me in trouble and I have NEVER been in trouble or my credibility EVER questioned until now.....this is unbelievable and Verizon gets away with it. They really are the lowest of low!
Me too, over 50, 30 years in IT and suddenly I dont know my job ...11/5/2015 RIF'd I guess because my last name does not contain 15+ characters
