I've heard there's another Layoff occurring in the future where Retail employees will either be laid off or combined with Indirect Retail Stores. Anyone heard anything about this?

Makes sense as we in Wireles cs are being forced to assist indirect agents as well as our already overtaxed job of customer service..no more money either.
Chances are VZW will get out of the brick and mortar retail business.
They couldn't just combine them. Indirect Agents are independent franchise companies. They could, however, dramatically reduce the number of corporate owned stores or sell those stores to indirect agents. If that were the case, they'd RIF the employees at those locations. The employees would be eligible to go to work for the indirect agent but they wouldn't be require to do so.
