You have no idea. People who actually work within Enbridge have no idea how the majority of the world works. ie no benefits, minimum vacations, no SDO's etc etc etc
I bet your all working much harder now. If you work twice as hard they will only need half of you. A contractor can perform twice the work at half the costs.
Outsourcing is what will get us - we cannot control quality there and that's a major problem.
They are spending too much on supplier extended alliance contracts. Paying premium prices. Too much outsourcing. If they want to succeed in the future, they also need to cut down on hiring family members across the gas division.
