Enbridge US is worse compared to TC. They hire and promote underqualified supervisors/Managers/Directors/VP in all departments. racially biased towards employees. It has become a necessity for Employees to keep records of every communication to avoid the misleading of the facts by the management.
TC is dysfunctional I am surprised they are in business at all - seriously used to work there a decade or so ago and I am so happy to get out. Now, don't you start me on Enbridge...
