They are spending too much on supplier extended alliance contracts. Paying premium prices. Too much outsourcing. If they want to succeed in the future, they also need to cut down on hiring family members across the gas division.

I really do not see much of this - to be frank with you. My bigger issue is micromanagement and lack of openness to change things and there are so many areas where we do need to change quickly. Also, our decision making process is super slow - that needs to be changed promptly. Oh, I will stop my rant now - it's a sad week for all of us...
