Not many well paid jobs in SD, I moved Texas for better job, sold my home. Home prices are peaked in July 3015, now going down.

201790: Apparently you have never seen the Asian cockroaches and rats the size of opossums that infest some of @bitterlandlord's units! The roaches here laugh at the "roach hotels," and the rats will eat your small pets as snacks.
Texas hahaha
Been to Tx once - its a dump full of backward retards. Never again

Many people like humidity and 100F+ temperatures. Some even enjoy mosquito bites and extra-large insects and rodents Texas offers to all homeowners.
Holy smokes Dude!, but I wanted to dress up like cat woman! ... OK fat cat woman ...but we can still hold hands and skip together!
Anonymous201726 ok, I'll dress up like Batman and you can dress up like Robin and we can hold hands and skip trough the convention center together. Wow, ComicCon is like really, really fun dude. Its the best. I cant believe its in our home town. Wow, we are so blessed. Gimme a break dude. If its really that important for you, you can fly in for it. SW has cheap airfare.
What about SD comi-con is that event big enough for you?
Awesome move. Good luck. More and more people will follow and leave CA and its problems and taxes for someone else to pay. Anonymous201703 is solely focused on his perfect weather, sushi, Coachella, and beach - don't mind that blathering idiot, he questions anyone who dares to think that SD isn't heaven on earth. He simply can't understand that sushi is available outside of SD, variation of weather instead of the monotony of same-thing-everyday is a plus, the beaches weren't really that great to begin with, and Coachella is a minor festival. Better to get away from mental midgets like him.
I am enjoying my jogging around the lake watching birds and sunset, no crises roads, life is peaceful
Forgot to mention I paid cash for new home, still I have plenty of money left in my bank account. My new home is wonderful 10 acres beautiful lake included.
PO, how's the whether in texas? How long do you need to drive to ski or go to the beach?how is the surf in the lake? what about a decent hike of let's say 2000 ft elevation gain? Don't you like fresh sushi? Don't you miss coachella?
I agree it is already peaked
