They don't offer any package they intimidate employees to voluntarily separate lol. Lamest company.
Mangement don't care about losing good employees. All they care is how to secure their position. They will do anything to get rid of honest hardworking people .
It's high time they make some drastic changes in the management.
There are hardly any good people left. The sr mgr of operation service sent out an email back in 2015 asking employees to keep their resume ready if MEP underperforms. MEP management openly threaten their employees.
I've heard they aren't offering to avoid a stampede of good people out the door. I'd take a package in a heartbeat.
I know a few in MEP.
