During my 28+ years in the O&G business my experiences have driven me away from the large corporate world. I too was laid off twice, over complete BS. They can do it and will with little compassion. I thought that moving up the ladder with the big boys was the ticket, it's a ticket for these such things. I cannot be more happier working for the small outfit. True. I went from a 3k company to a 100 people operation / much better now
