Noble got rid of seven other qualified land techs and kept Stacey Gratkowski, really?!? Wtf Noble?!?? Good call on that one!

Noble has no future or a very dim future. It's not likely they will recover from this. They will find employees but nobody who has options will work for them. They will end up with the bottom of the barrel especially in the technical fields. Engineers, geologist, etc... these people are in demand and have options. Noble will be at the bottom of their list.
Preach it Moving On! You are speaking the truth and anyone who doesn't agree is probably her or her friends posting or didn't have her work affect theirs. Her reputation in the office is horrible!
Stacey is a nice person. However, keeping someone who blatantly does not do their job over several that do is wrong. When mail goes unchecked and documents get lost or sit on her desk she has no business still being emplyed. It is particularly wrong when her lack of work costs the company money and therefore more jobs. Irresponsible on Noble's part. Then again that does seem to be par for the course for others that remain. It's decisions like this that make Noble's future questionable at best.
Brilliant does not mean work gets done.
