IT is already working on a phone system to direct calls. If you want to enroll press one, reach your ER press two, transcripts press........ you get the idea. The ACC/OC is being by passed to save money. Sorry ACC, the time has come.

518 - It isn't easy to roll out a new system when management hires 90% dirt niggers from India..
They have been working on it for three years. One thing is guaranteed: those clowns from Chicago now running IT won't ever deliver (anything).

At the pace IT works at it should take 2 years to get that system up and running plus a year of it not working then a year to find an outside vender. Then another year to year impliment the new system... I say the acc has 5 years
