What is the likelihood of Fiserv layoffs in Brookfield in 2016? Please let me know if you have any information.

Very likely! There will be "re-organizations" coming up in the next 2 years. Fiserv will continue to make more cuts in efforts to increase shareholder profits at the expense of laying off more employees. The morale is down in several business units and the future for physical buildings does not look so good. The company is losing sight of their valuable employees and yet they are scrutinizing their staff with more work for the same pay. It doesn't help either that they have capped employee raises to a max of 2%
Based on early Q1 2016 results, I would say its very likely a RIF will occur in Brookfield in 2016.
