VES will get notices on Nov. 19th. I've heard it from several reliable sources. Manager just implied there are more coming.

Did u watch the VES webcast yesterday? They made it seem like everything was 'ok' unlike the doom and gloom webcast at the beginning of the year that was followed by RIFs the next day.
so far so good, too early to tell.
