This is Follett's attempt to take on the competition of Fanatics, Fanatics expects $1B in revenue WSJ. eFollett has been a disappointment since 1998. A laggard today as well.....Follett builds SKYO and buys this company.

It would be great if they replace the whole Efollett team.
Impacts them zero. Follett IT is terrible so they are leaving this company independent with their own IT function.
