Is it true that starting in 2016 severance will be 1 month pay for everyone that gets cut regardless of years with company? Wonder if anyone else is hearing these rumors?

Verizon provides office supplies? Ha.
They've already stated taking pensions and healthcare from wireline years ago.
like any benefit, they can go anytime,... next will be Pensions and health care.
I heard of Sprint doing that, after Jan 2016, not sure if other companies will follow that practice,
I'm not sure, but avoid the rush - start taking office supplies now.
