Has anyone heard about the E&E 2020 initiative WF is working on? Is this code name for a mass layoff? There are a lot of nervous people in my marketing group and they say the layoffs will start in 2016 when the new budgets show we don't have enough money for all the people. Anyone hearing the same thing?

I haven't heard about layoffs starting in 2016, but I do know the displacement policy has been updated several times. I'm pretty sure with release of the new structure, some layoffs will occur.
