I agree ...funny were laying off after we merge with the union from HELL. My local Path marks are closing....people are getting cut hours so shops don't have to pay for health care. For the wireless employees who still have their job, I would definitely contact the union. I am a wireline tech. with 16+ years and an currently on suspension. This is the way management deals with union tech's, they makeup bogus reasons to suspend you, and they suspend employees a lot. I have always won my grievances but it is a PITA having to go through that process, but at least we have some protection. I know one tech who has 54 yrs. and has been fired 3 times and the union has gotten his job back all 3 times.
Exactly....that's what's wrong with a lot of people in this country...they have no clue who is really responsible for making these laws and decisions...and it is much easier to remain ignorant and blame the President instead of spending time researching the facts.

Instead of blaming one person, the one you should be blaming are those in Congress. Some have been there for years and have done nothing for the people but do plenty for large companies. Do you even know how laws are passed in this country? You were passive and I'm sure you voted against measures that were good for you; a dumb voter.
