Let us begin to be honest with each other. Revamp your middle management before it us too late. Start there and most of your problems will begin to disappear. Get someone (NOT MTG) to reorganize and establish procedures. You have no idea how much this will help you streamline staff and increase efficiency and profits. Seriously!! Listen please

$3M to MTG does not even begin to tell the story. It's more like $10M++

They took some Denver management folks on a boondoggle to Ireland. Meanwhile regular employees can't even get taken out to lunch without pre approval.

We all want to build the company. But revamping middle management will have no affect unless there is change at the top too. This is a top down driven company. Individuals were selected for middle management because they unquestioningly implemented decisions from the top. Purging them without addressing the heart of problem will have no impact. Worse, it will give the appearance senior execs are trying to implement change without actually doing so.

Speaking of MTG-who the hell approved that fiasco?!

$3MILLION PLUS down the drain, when you could have used the existing Generwell systems!

Money AND a S...load of time could have been well spent on keeping employees!!!
