Too many people have been promoted simply because they won't rock the boat....unfortunately, the boat's needed rocking for quite sometime. Now, too many members of the regional, area and HQ leadership team only worry about ensuring they remain in their roles to receive their LTIs..... We have ended up with very average leaders who can read out well in ops reviews when times are good, but lack the skills and daring necessary to change results when times are tough.
