If Rhea is a discovery are we going to spend a billion dollars to develop first oil? Doubt it.
it would be more, but NBL capitalized as much as possible. Many of the capitalized costs will be assigned to Rhea in the hope that we will find a lot of oil so costs can be buried. Some of it will just be left hanging.
