It is the shareholders that are the puppets. All they care about it the dividend. They don't really care how shamwow provides it.

Shamu said no RIF'ed employees will be hired in the finance centers. Not exactly ethical.
don't underestimate low mac or shamooo. they are both the devil's henchmen.
McA$$ and Shamwow are shareholder puppets. The shareholders are pulling the strings of this full blown clown show. And they will run it into the dirt.
