This is a tough industry on the decline. Results similar to Follett with lots of new competitors entering the market.

Yep, so competition is experiencing same pressures from a shrinking pie and their stock price was punished today because of it. We're private so no financial disclosure, but I think everyone senses we're in the same boat. Time to think outside the box if Follett's going to be around beyond the next 5 to 10 years. Maybe a future merger with BN makes the most sense. Place your bets now........
