Call centers won't be impacted. They already have very high turnover (experienced reps to talk on phones to customers are very valuable) and it's already hard enough to keep the employees they have. You can have a one month hiring freeze and lose 20% call center workers.
I heard the same thing about retail. But I did not hear about call centers or b2b spcifically.
