Don't use knowledgebase! Not only is it retarded and loops you around infinitely to several random links it was meant to replace service positions. If you are in academics, ACC, Enrollment don't use it. You are being replaced by it. Don't buy into the hype. They are trying to force it down your throat in hopes that the few staff that will be left can answer all questions with it for each other. Wrong! Beta testing for new application has started and all service positions are on the line. Crapelli et. al are trying to figure out if 2 or 3 enrollment counselors can man hundreds of applications with the use of a database that should answer all their questions. Resist! Save your job for as long as you can.

knowledgebase is a misnomer. No knowledge there it sucks and those f*ktards can try and replace us with it but its not going to work. I don't use knowledgebase and I won't it has no information that I can use at my job and I don't care if they wasted $27 million on it in hopes it could replace us. Jokes on those assholes I don't use it and I don't need it. Try replacing me another way geniuses find another way you can blow the company's money. It aint going to be with dumb knowledgebase.
