Who else felt they gained almost nothing about the vision of the College of Health Professions? I understand that things take time to put in place but UOP doesn't have extra time. Apparently they are not seeing the same overall meltdown from afar. Transparency?? There is none. Every time someone asked a "hard" question they couldn't think about who to look at to take the answer. Plus some answer just beat around the bush.

I used to work in that college. The leadership has zero sense of what it means to be honest, transparent, or even feign a sense of giving a shit about their people. Managers and directors smile and sympathize when you bring up a concern or even ask questions and then quietly target you behind your back. Glad the ship finally hit an iceberg.
