This has been a terrible year, just look at AT&T's board, look at Verizon's board here and you'll see many messages from hundreds of folks complaining. The companies lost any loyalty to workers, they do everything to offshore work, there is no loyalty to our country, our customers, nobody. It's all about profits and 2016 will be no different if compared to 2015 when it comes to layoffs in the telecommunications industry - more cuts, more reductions, less pay, lower quality jobs, more offshoring, more H1Bs, etc. The whole industry is in turmoil and I doubt that we'll have decent working conditions and healthy industry that grows for a while.

@Anonymous183249 In my opinion, Bernie Sanders is the only person from either party that isn't full of soup.
Got relatives that are craft and relatives that are management, guess what? This company couldn't care less about anything but what the stock price will be the day after tomorrow.
Only ONE presidential candidate can fix this, I get laid off and I'm going to work on his campaign full time until I find a new job.
What about other industries that are hurting. We are at the point where our Oil and Gas industry is completely destroyed by low prices, it'll all stop here and move overseas where it's cheaper. Once we stop producing, they (Saudis and Russians) will start charging 100 bucks per barrel again
