As someone who was bullied out of Follett, I forgive everyone who witnessed my torment and said nothing. I forgive everyone who did nothing. I hope they have it in their hearts to forgive once they've been tortured out of their career, too. To this day I can't get past the time and energy I devoted to Follett and the university where I worked. That no one (from HR, from upper management, from the university) cared enough to reach out still hurts. I know I'm better off out of Follett. Being emotionally beaten until I had to leave was the worst experience of my life. No one deserves that.

Follett has experienced this for 2.5 years. There has to be an end to this sometime in the near future.
