If you happen to be lucky and gain internal transfer they will continue to pester you and use implied threat techniques to force you to say you are transferring to help better yourself. If you say it is because of the manger they will either attempt to turn you into the bad person or eliminate you after the transfer. They want to hear a story of sunshine so you must lie to keep the transfer. If they wanted the truth, the process of intimidation and logging your words into the records would not exist. Simply they are not managing the managers to improve the business with a happy business profile to increase profits (CEO endorsed, based on negative actions of management).
