Mattel Extreme Overhead still driving our high priced, low play value toys and games to BIg Lots

Mattel Toys needs closeout retailer Big Lots in a big way. Have you seen the quantity of our products at Big Lots lately? Hopefully they

can help unload our shameful product and reduce the losses enough to keep us remaining worker bees a bit longer. Maybe marketing should push for a special Mattel/FP product isle at Big Lots so all of this years failures have a special place locked up right after the holidays. The spin will be....At the right price even our stuff can crawl off the shelf. Yes, VP quantity over product quality (value stupid) still rules at Mattel.

Mattel has their own Big Lots right on the El Segundo campus every Christmas but its a Big Tent. All the years failures or over stock are in The Tent for really discounted prices. As someone commented it's all about the quantity of EVP's, SVP's, VP's, & Directors at that dump, not the quality of the product anymore. IF the big layoff IS coming I'm sure they'll lay off all the real workers and keep all Managers & above who do absolutely nothing. It's not headwinds, it's a tailspin.

Prepare for a biggest layoff coming soon in El Segundo ! I have seen the list they will be hitting hard all departments.

ha! mattels #1 fan is big lots. maybe that's where they should get the moms for the focus groups so the data will be accurate.
