There are reasons why other companies are keeping their powder dry. There will be much better opportunities later. Oil Prices are hanging low. Too bad they jumped the gun on this one. Rosetta is not what it appears to be. Stover got taken for a ride with this acquisition. Rosetta was going under and anybody could have later bought the assets later in bankruptcy court for cents on the dollar. Oops not a smart move Mr. Stover. Best bet now is to take a good scrub on the Rosetta employees. Many of them are clueless and not worth a damn and more importantly will drag Noble down. I am an ex Rosetta employee, now at Noble and while Noble has some faults, Rosetta was just messed up. Period. Anybody with a Rosetta management title should be the first to go when the next round of layoffs happen. Take a good look Stover. Some of those with titles are useless.

Truthfully this oil and gas "theme park" complete with the princess tower was an idiot move also.
