Who thinks it was an Ex employee that cut the fiber that caused the west coast outage?

Hope they just keep at it as at&t needs to treat it''s employees better than they do, as employees/humans and not just another number!
Wouldn't doubt if it was an upset ex-employee or current disgruntled employee.
