147527: Netflix DOES create a product! It's a platform for streaming entertainment. If you're clueless regarding the level and type of engineering involved in streaming full-length movies to thousands of subscribers without having it hang up at "peak streaming times" each day, perhaps you've been putting Sh*t-on-Chips for too long.
This works for those who maintain websites. .... Not research and creators of products.
