Feel bad for my co-workers at Brittmore location. I work at the Tanner Rd location. Sure we're next.

There are a number of employees that have notice letters in lieu of our right termination, these numbers will happen sporadically over the year for the different divisions etc.

So that wasn't a lie. The chop shop begins. But that has been in the works for at least a year. Yikes I would rather work for SLB.

The Le Tourneau offshore facilities of the Drilling business division has been sold to Keppel Offshore. the sale will take place before Cameron International is sold to SLB. This means there will be layoffs in the Drilling business group happening soon. Not sure if its really tomorrow but i assume that is what the other post is referring to. This announcement was made a few hours ago.
