The FTC is subpoenaing more information from Staples and Office Depot. The New York post claims this is because the FTC will be filing suit to stop the buy out on grounds of antitrust.
If the FTC decision was a sure thing the stock would be climbing dramatically. I see no indication that this is a done deal. As to the new name sources tell me it will draw letters from all past combinations...
