Thread regarding U.S. Bank layoffs

US Bank Richfield Layoff

As an IT professional getting laid off at US Bank Richfield would be a blessing in disguise. I was effectively fired by US Bank for reporting an ethical issue to US Bank after working for a number of years at the bank. Do not believe all the crap about being best place to work. I was told I cost the bank money by raising an ethical issue and I should be looking for employment elsewhere by senior management. Personnel lied to protect the actions of senior management. So if you are an IT professional avoid US Bank Richfield like you would ebola. One good aspect of the US Bank is that you appreciate how good another employer can be. In my new job I received a substantial pay rise, latest Microsoft technology experience and really friendly professional work environment. So US Bank bring on the layoffs. You will make a lot of IT professionals realize that there is life after the unique US Bank employee experience!

Yes, I agree.

I know that US Bank uses discipline as a way to cover the true facts for firing, laying off people. It is a way to use at-will as a weapon, instead than as a tool. "We the people" should know better, and demand a change the current at-will legislation.
