Made me sick to my stomach the comments that these so called leaderships make to us. 15yrs here at WFM, first as a team member then Buyer and finally Marketing. There is life after WFM. To all those leaderships who think they are not replaceable. Keep drinking the kool aid and dream. Your day will come and you also will be replace.

Corporate psychopathy . that's what we are dealing with. psychopaths that feel so inadequate with their lives that they have to keep others down to compensate for their own internal fragility.
It's ironic because leadership is the most replaceable, and they know it. They only reason they have jobs, is because they swindled their way to the top. No talent whatsoever.
LOL Juan is a good guy, who cares how he dresses. Its pointless to have one MTL at every store when the sales don't justify it. Guess you are just bitter you can't rack up all that overtime at social events. Boo Hoo
I was apart of the CHE marketing team. You are totally correct! I left that region thinking it would be better (worst mistake I ever made) FL region is so currupt. I hated every moment of working here. Now I lost my job so my regional president can still sit in his office with basket ball shorts.
