Bin and Hold dates decentralized, Retalon deactivated for all but 40 locations chosen by the HR. We're holding on to less than before too. So it turns out the old processes weren't so broken? Maybe now we can all get back to work like we're supposed to?

Seriously "better make it count or else"... Maybe the leadership should get that message instead with all the systems failures they have rolled out.
This just in; according to Those in the know Retalon isn't gone. In a sign of what I can only think of as borderline obsessive compulsive it is reported to be getting 'retuned' with only a small group of stores utilizing it this time around. ACMS leaders claim this is because they 'went to bat' for the stores and they 'better make it count or else.' I wish I was making this up...
At least the now realize the importance of the local text manager and his role in successful text ordering. Who would have though the kmart way wouldn't have worked at Follett?
