What will Baker's plan be if this deal falls through. I'm reading that the company will implode. We have a good product generally speaking . I don't know what's going on on the business end of it. You would think this company that has been around surviving 100 years could surely survive the next 12 to 18 months.

Baker had too many facilities not producing anything. Meanwhile utilities and other bills are piling up. I'm surprised they haven't sold more of these facilities.
