Did anyone in any region receive a FAQ document with their paperwork during the conference calls? Just found out that was a thing! We didn't receive one and when I went to my STL with questions, turns out I got the wrong answers and it has cost me money. Also, maybe I would have made other chooses if I knew all the facts. Guess WFM didn't want me to know all my chooses.

Got one plus a flow chart explaining the options.
we got a FAQ document in the folder with the severance offer. our STL seemed confused about a lot of the points, but found out the answers to questions we had very quickly. I'm thankful my STL was very compassionate and was obviously upset with what was happening.
You deserve to get fired if you thought it was work days. Where did it say work days in the letter??? If they used work days then someone who works two days a week would have six months before the 8 weeks ran out. What a moron
yeah, that's why I stayed till Friday. I thought the notice pay was by day worked. I had 4 days scheduled off between Friday and Friday. But I wanted to make sure so Sunday I asked store team leader if it was by days worked or weeks. He told me, after checking with regional, days worked. So today I put in the paperwork and then found out I lost a weeks pay. I would have put in my notice Sunday if I had been told the truth.

What did they not disclose? SW here some tms didn't know that by leaving immediately they'd be forfeiting their insurance by sept 30th. Tms that stayed through Oct 2nd got to keep their insurances through the end of October. Some tms were raising hell at global and now apparently wfm will be everyone's insurance through the month of October regardless of when they left.
