Maybe will all these cut backs they will hire someone to count inventory for us because I sure as hell do not want to do it knowing I may not even have my position tomorrow.

yeah, I worked from midnight to 10 am for inventory, then was called into a 10:30 meeting to find out my job was gone. F*** that.
Yes, I have friends in other regions and this is what happen. They counted inventory on Thursday and Friday out of a job. This is what is going to happen to all those who count tonight and wake up tomorrow without a job. This is how this company works. Everything is always hush hush and then good by we don't need you anymore.
Absolutely ridiculous can't believe this is happening.
It's pretty awful that they're doing it this way. In Florida team members had inventory on Thursday (aka use them one last time) and laid off the next day. Team members that had the day off were called in at 9 a.m. (just 5 hours after they were done counting) specifically just to be laid off.
