Or imagine someone using your name, address and position and saying something horrible about you that's simply not true - you would not like it would you not? And you'd want it crossed.
Don't use names. Unlike HR, and some attorneys, engineers really do have imagination and excellent powers of deduction.
Or alternatively, ;) , if you want to get a thread taken down without much effort, slip in a few names.
From now on, you are only allowed to use descriptive adjective, like fat-ass and S&M, to describe the DIRs, VPs, and CEO. By not using names, you can then say whatever you want, except it crosses the racist and sexist lines. So, please focus on the physical features for personal description, and on job performance for incompetency.
