If Hazen was so great for OD why is it being sold then dumped?

OD didn't win, they lost there drivers they lost there accounts, they lost there stores, now there going to lose there company. Staples is on the same path.
All the courier managers at staples are overrated and should be fired. They are the police people with the couriers and they can't find the way to control the shitty service these couriers provide.
Prestige, Lasership,dynamix,courier express, etc. the only reputable 3pl out there is Hazen and that is it. As I know it better than anyone. I would have offered the drivers a compensation plan that would have kept them still delivering as the top notch service men and women. It's very doable and you would not loose a single customer. Staples tried to do what Depot did 15 years ago. Depot won, staples will loose.
Maybe they will call you all back in 3 months like they did to us in Fla as the courier can't handle the desk top deliveries for the major accounts.

Prestige did get the columbus market they merged with LaserShit no longer called prestige. How convenient there uniform colors are red and black also.
I'm actually surprised Prestige didn't get the Columbus market. God knows they suck in other markets.
HAHA, I'd love to see 40 cases of paper in a pt cruiser, you think the customers won't notice you're wrong , they already have a bad taste in their mouth when you mention the word courier, to them it means lazy, poor customer service, and a lack of dedication to the job.
I'm sure I will have no problem getting 250 ctns in my PT Cruiser everyday, and with the Red shirt LaserShit is giving me to wear those stupid customers won't even know I'm not a company driver. MAKE MORE HAPPEN!!
