In a few weeks with the IT re-org a few groups will be gone totally. With Project Bedrock other teams will be let go to. In addition with recent failures from a vendor made software more trouble coming.

@778--2000 will be cut at the end of September. This will mostly come in enrollment, but many campuses will lose people across departments. It's going to hurt.
Earnings call in less than a month. Will be painful with no way out. Sigh.

It is definitely coming, I just don't know when.
Lots of rumors and speculation that it will be by the end of this month or sometime during next month.
Eliminating the associate degree. That is a high percentage of enrollments. Will take place prior to Thanksgiving. I am thinking September, but have no inside info to substantiate. Just common sense.
