I will preface this comment by saying that I am not in IT. But reading the comments on this page, it sounds like IT within Cameron seems to be a real issue and sore spot. I use Optimus daily and really have not had that much of a problem with the change.

You guys who are bitching and whining on this page are doing more harm than good for yourselves in my opinion. You come across as unprofessional dis-engaged bitches. It is a bad time for everybody in this industry right now, so suck it up and carry on with your duties or GTFO. If your offended, then yes, this post was meant for you.

CIO is related to Rip Wan Winkle? She simply thrown out few directors that are her competitors, I doubt her credibility and knowledge. In linked in just look at her profile. Last seven years Deloitte and other independent contractors drained CAMERON and who benefited out these SAP implementations, investigate you will be shocked how many millionaires were born thru Cameron and today you are rolling off the POOR Employees, what a shame IT HR and CIO. The wrong duo in the right place. CEO is retiring but not cameron, the way the CIO and IT HR is operating they might retire CAMERON soon

IT is totally dysfunctional because the people who work really hard are moving non stop to pick up the slack from all the lazy assholes and WORTHLESS managers (not all but some). But the lazy people spend time talking to middle managers and getting face time. So they get praised and promoted while the technical, competent, and people bright enough to execute get shit on. Its everywhere. Flatten IT and fire all the middle layer (except in technical areas) straight up to a director or CIO. The transparency, increased communication, and limiting the internal bullshit will double productivity and the lazy people will become immediately obvious. The assholes in the middle are ruining an otherwise good org. Make sure to Gut the worst offender teams like Core tech, security, and enterprise architecture. They take GRDPs who are too useless to go on any technical teams and shove them into those roles where they cant do any damage. This year they moved one into "Enterprise Specialist" for manufacturing. He is almost too dumb to turn on his computer. But he will stay while other competent folks are fired. Amazing!!!!! Result is that the organization has a lot of dead wood and resentment against mamagers who dont consider merit at all. When you have a village of idiots and managers with unchecked egos, it gets really bad.
